Drew grew up in Western Australia’s far north after his parents moved to Broome for work when he was a child. After 22 years in Broome, he moved south to further his career in real estate and reunite with his family.

Drew has served in administrative and sales support roles in real estate for the past 12 years. In this time, he has won several awards and garnered a reputation as one of the most highly accomplished and sought-after support persons. Following a brief stint at One in 2020, Drew returned in 2022 as Corporate Administrator and now moves into a role as Operations Manager.

With an incredible eye for detail, Drew manages our complex world of contracts making sure that every ‘I’ is dotted and every ‘T’ is crossed. He is fuelled by helping people, providing them with a service experience that keeps the complex world of real estate transactions simple.

Drew leads with kindness, always putting our client’s needs first. Driven to be constantly improving, he streamlines systems and perfects processes, bringing organisation, structure and method to his work while remaining cheery and self-deprecating along the way! Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time pottering around his own home, going to the gym, being with his partner and dog.
