Deborah Biggins

Deborah Biggins brings over a decade of experience in the property industry to her role as Account Manager at One Residential.

With a background spanning bookkeeping, trust accounting, and client support, she combines technical expertise with a detail-oriented approach. Her previous roles include five years as a Bookkeeper and Trust Accountant for a Property Law and Conveyancing firm, as well as several years as Admin and Client Support Manager for a mortgage broker.

Before transitioning to the property sector, Deborah began her career as a Chartered Accountant with an international accounting firm in Perth and later worked in management accounting at Clough Property. Alongside her professional career, she has also managed personal rental properties with her husband while raising their three children.

Deborah’s precision, reliability, and thoroughness are perfectly suited to her role, where she also oversees trust accounting and payroll. Working part-time, she balances her professional commitments with a strong focus on her family, helping her three teenagers navigate life’s many commitments.

Outside of work, Deborah enjoys connecting with the outdoors through gardening, a passion nurtured during her time working at her parents’ plant nursery. She also loves camping, beach swims, and walking her two lively Labradors. Her warm and dependable nature makes her a valued member of the One Residential team.
